We at RaBIT are always looking for new, enthusiastic electoral reformers to join us! 

We’ve moved to an open recruitment policy: at any point in the year, prospective Board members are welcome to let us know they’re interested in joining and we will consider their application. 

RaBIT is committed to having a Board that is diverse and representative of the residents of the City of Toronto. Candidates who self-identify as members of an equity-deserving group in Canadian society are encouraged, but never required, to self-identify as such.

We’re currently seeking specific additional expertise in finance, fundraising, volunteer management, and events, but welcome everyone to express their interest.
