Pledges to Restore Local Choice

Leading up to the February 2025 Ontario election, RaBIT is organizing a campaign to help the large numbers of Ontarians who support ranked ballots to identify and support candidates who are committed to restoring local choice. We are inviting candidates to take the following candidate pledge:

"As a candidate in the 2025 Ontario Provincial Election, I pledge that, if elected, I will support, advance, and vote in favour of those actions required for Ontario municipalities to have the option of using ranked ballots for their municipal elections."
